yes you can live in the Philippines, you need to divorce your wife first then after that marry your maid.
2 :
Dude wtf? uncool. Although this is entirely your choice, its really sickening. But short answer : Yes.
3 :
Well now. How are you going to obtain this divorce? On what grounds? I foresee a number of complications. You could obviously stay in the RP as a tourist, up to a year, with visa extensions..you probably know that. Now. Your current wife could file a complaint with the DOI asking them to declare you as an undsirable alien..I can promise you this would take time and money to fight. Even if you didn't do anything illegal, adultery is a very serious matter here. It depends of the attitude of your first wife..I think you are going to have problems here or there.
4 :
Troll, but amusing nonetheless
5 :
In Philippines, we call you the Atsay Killer. You are free to go to the country anytime you want.
6 :
WOW!!! Great imagination. ....so the maid becomes your wife, the wife becomes the maid and you all live happily together again?
7 :
Marry the maid, get another maid and send your new wife to the Philippines.
8 :
u can go but the relatives of your wife will hunt you down. trust me i' was once a private security for a person who married a filipina then married his maid. dont go.......
9 :
why divorce and remarry, just change maids every year
10 :
Jak sie masz! My name Borat. I think you need to live in my country Kazakhstan! You can even marry your sister and grandmother! Very nice!
11 :
Yes of course. Just make sure your wife's relatives will not see you in the Philippines.
12 :
.. Guard! Can somebody please call a Security Guard... we need one here... hurry!
13 :
You gotta stop watching those Filipino soap operas, dude. Look where it got you.
14 :
Dude am sooo happy for u!!! Congrats!! u r da MAN!!
15 :
Whether you divorce or not your Filipino wife and marry another Filipino woman is out of the question, you still can live in the Philippines. There are technicalities involved with your case. Your present Filipino wife will not take this sitting down. She will file a protest against your filing a divorce especially if she found out you took another Filipino wife in her place. You do not know the mentality of Filipino woman. If you like a quiet and decent living DO NOT LIVE IN THE PHILIPPINES now that you got another agenda of having another wife in exchange with your present wife. Your life would be miserable, your former wife will HUNT you and your new Filipino wife down. You do not believe huh?! Try it see for yourself the out come of your live in the Philippines theory. I suggest you just live with your new Filipino wife somewhere else like Brazil or Peru, Argentina or some Latin American countries but not in the Philippines. If you want to live longer that is.

i don't think divorce is legal in the philippines. although i've been away for some time, they might have changed some of the constitution, otherwise, divorce is still not considered legal and binding in the philippines - unless of course, if you married your wife in another country where divorce is legal.

The weather is unbearable!! But if you must, get every shot available, passport is a must, Don't drink the water( Bottle Water only!) It must be true LOVE if you are willing to go, Best of Luck to you & your future wife

5 :
try their government website: http://www.gov.ph/

i lived in PH for 3 years & enjoyed it very much. all you need is your passport. on entry u get a 2mth. visa that can be renewed in 2mth. intervals for 12mths. if you marry u can apply for permanent residency. as far as shots go see a travel doctor before going.
7 :
Let me guess.... Angeles City? Take money, plenty of money. You'll need lots of money to live there.
8 :
You can get an automatic 21 day visa in arrival. Then just extend it here in pampanga for up to a year. No shots necessary to live in Pampanga. It's no big deal living here. It's not pretty though. If your coming to Angeles City you'll find all you need here. I'm living here 12 years now. Just take it slow with the girl you want to marry. Your most difficult part of this trip will be sizing here up. vance

A visa and a round trip plane ticket. To see if you can get a visa, go to the US consulate.
2 :
A plane ticket. Depending on your citizenship you may need a visa. I live in the Philippines, but I don't need a visa because i'm a US Citizen.
3 :
Secure Philippine passport then US Visa then purchase a roundtrip plane ticket to US
4 :
A PLANE
5 :
Forget it...find some other country, Europe is much better...

Sad to say Urban Hermit is correct. I'm American and I am embarrassed about how complicated they have made entry to the US. I married a Filipina in 2004 and it took over 2 years and countless expenses to make it possible to bring her to USA. I know several American, British, Aussie who just stay there. Some who have no pension or retirement yet go back and forth every few months. They got families there and everything. Its a lot simpler life in Philippines.
7 :
PRACTICAL STEPS: 1. Go to the US Embassy for general information and options. 2. Visit or call US Embassy offices or the links www.uscis.gov for requirements to get in the US legally. 3. Submit necessary application forms (choose visa type according to your preference and timeline) to the US Embassy in Manila. 4. Know which STATE specifically in the US are you planning to reside in, or work in, just to cite a few reasons.
8 :
.If you do not have a fiancee' visa, then it will take a miracle. (or maybe you could "grease a few palms".)
9 :
If you are filipino, it takes a very fat bank account, a home in the Philippines, a business, strong family ties, or some or all of the listed. You must prove to US immigration that you will return, which is not easy as hundreds of thousands of filipinos before you have gone to the US on tourist visas and stayed. Over 90% of tourist visas to the US by petitioning filipinos are now denied. Other options may be fiance, spousal, study, or work visa, none if which is easy.
