In one sense; too many. In another sense; they get what they tend to earn.

What do you define as poverty.If a man lives on a small farm. has a family. Is able to feed his family.keep a roof over their head. They never struggle for anything.Is it poverty.Many people in this world live with out electricity. Or cars. mp3 players.Grow there own food make there own clothing. Is this poverty if they are happy, And need nothing from the world.I have seen fishing villages that fit this situation. people are happy . Not having money does not mean you live in poverty. But in the U.S it does.
