I m seperated ,I live in the Philippines, Can I file a divorce while I m visiting the USA ?
I m planning to visit the USA soon, at the same time, I like to file a divorce there, becoz it is faster N maybe it will cost less than the Philippines. Is it possible to get a divorce there? plz help...I m in Love with someone in the USA N planning to get marry.

HI! i live in the Philippines and writing a novel. I wonder if it's possible for me to get my book published in the publishing house in U.S...i mean, how could be the transactions? the signing of papers and collecting of royalties? the genre of my novel is young adult..thx!

Send queries to US publishing companies or find a good literary agent who will get you published. Don't forget, you have to pay US tax too.

You're better off sending the money and let that person find the phone that will work there. First off, you'd need to buy a GSM phone that works in the 900/1800 MHz bands, and a lot of phones in the US operate on 800/1900 MHZ. Don't bother w/ CDMA (VZW, Sprint): that dog won't hunt, just roam forever. Second, you'd need to make sure it's unlocked so that your friend can put a Globe/Smart/Sun SIM in there w/o getting locked out. The phones are not bad over there and are probably less expensive than you shipping a phone out there plus duties, unless you or a friend/relative is going over there anytime soon.
