I know that the television there in P.I. doesn't show the pacquiao fight live.So what or where can I go to see it live in the philippines?

most, if not all, the SM malls will be showing it live with no commercials in their cinemas. for a price, of course.

SM cinemas. Try to watch for the announcement of the City of Manila because there was a time that they put a giant screen in Plaza Miranda in Quiapo and aired one of the matches of Pacquaio for free to enable the public to watch the game.
