I live in the Philippines, What time is it when there will be lots of seeders when I download? Its minus 4 hours in america?

there is no such things just use nice open ports and you will be fine and you need comcast do you have it or not

If I were on the southern region of the United States, say Florida or Georgia, you will be 12 hours ahead of me (Eastern Standard time -12hours). But really, this not a determinant as to when there will be a lot seeders. It entirely depends on the file or torrent that you are downloading (popularity). You are practically downloading from seeders around the world and not just the United States. Just try to choose a torrent that has a high seeder to leecher ratio. And you may also need to open ports to fully your torrent program to effectively communicate with other peers around the world.
