Yes, the Philippines have all the pets that we do. There might be some restrictions just like each state in the US does. Just like CA. you can't bring in ferrets, Quaker parakeets, Gerbils. Everywhere is different. They have plenty of cat, dogs, birds as pets like we do. Best wishes.
